TechnipFMC EPRV是页岩气压裂安全阀的技术革命,改变传统的安全阀控制方式,采用电控,比传统安全阀更高效,更安全。

EPRV采用全开3英寸设计,通经1.75英寸,连接方式WECO FIG1502.可以快速泄压,保证安全。 

FMC技术的电子控制压力安全阀(EPRV)在超压事件发生后可以自动复位,提高了可靠性和准确性,同时减少了井场人员与高压管汇的接触。与其他全开安全阀不同,ePRV是电动的,不需要气缸和其他软管软管连接,减少人员操作保护设备。

The current primary option for a full-opening pressure relief valve is complex and requires nitrogen storage cylinders, control panels and additional plumbing. Accurate set points can be compromised by changes in ambient conditions. The cost of an over-pressure event is difcult to quantify — but the effects could include scrapped equipment, downtime, equipment recertifcation, and pollution or litigation liability. It accurately and rapidly relieves the full-line pressure, allowing you to trouble shoot the cause of an incident. It comes standard with reliable Weco® end connections, and is designed to dependably reseat after each over-pressure event. With hydraulic fracturing operations becoming more sophisticated and capital-intensive, pressure pumping liability risks have never been higher. Equipment uptime and safety have become greater priorities across all basins. The ePRV will improve your bottom line performance and increase protection of your people and equipment.


Key Features:
» Requires no gas bottles or hoses
» Does not require a separate control panel
» Not subject to change pressure due to gas law effect when ambient temperatures change
» Operated by hydraulic piloting system as opposed to gas system
» Piloting system requires only a 48 VDC, 1 amp signal to operate
» Main valve uses proven Weco® standard tee body forging
» If power is loss, acts as if over pressure event occurs if no backup battery is present
» Reseats automatically after line pressure is fully relieved (operations terminating relief device)
» Easy feld replaceable main valve port seals
» Visual indicator allows you to see when the valve is open/closed

5. Piloting system internal components employ precipitation hardened stainless steel materials


6. Explosive decompression resistant port seal


7. Liquid nitride hardened main valve poppet
