For purchasing of material and technical needs of The State Concern “Turkmengas”

Lot №1 - steel production;

Lot №2 - general plant equipment.

It is offered to you:

- to hand in the written application form (from the companies which are registered or have bank accounts in offshore zones application forms are not admitted) about desire to participate in the tender with indication of the complete (full) name of the participant, his legal status (good standing), a country of incorporation and banking information;

- to be acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan "About tenders for delivery of goods, work performance, services accomplishment for the state needs", with the statement from "Rules of carrying out the tender" and the list of the documents necessary for participation in the tender.

- to receive the specification of the Lots, technical requirements and the fundamental terms of the contract;

- to receive the invoice for payment of 500 (Five hundred) US dollars or an equivalent in manats (excluding VAT and bank costs) on a one Lot for uncompensated participation in the tender

Tender proposals are accepted until 12 o'clock of 09.04.2018, local time.

The proposals arrived beyond the appointed time-frame will not be accepted.

The account for funds transfer will be given while handing in the written application form.

One sealed envelope with a complete tender proposal (quotation) with the inked seal affixed shall be delivered to the above address from the moment of publication of the announcement and will be accepted on approval after arrival of funds to the account. It is necessary to enclose in a tender envelope the electronic version of the inquiry form, the fundamental terms of the contract (in the format of Word) and the technical and economic specification (in the format of Excell).
